The Vine Street Studios
Our Houston office is located in the Vine Street Studios, a converted warehouse space on the northern edge of downtown Houston. The building, formerly known as the Union Transfer and Storage Building, was originally constructed in 1917 as a storage warehouse and is listed by the National Park Service on the National Register of Historic Places. In 1998, present owner, Fletcher Thorne-Thompson, began renovating the building and converted it into loft-style office and studio space for artists, arts organizations, designers and commercial tenants.

Come visit us and take some time to explore the fantastic art exhibitions hosted in the building.

Getting There
The Vine Street Studios are a short walk from the northern part of downtown and only a half a block from the northern-most stop on Houston Metrorail at the University of Houston-Downtown.

Directions From Downtown
Go north on San Jacinto, past Buffalo Bayou. Turn left on Wood Street. Travel half block to Vine Street. Turn right. Proceed under freeway; building is across access road.

From the Freeways
The office is also easily accessible from any of Houston's major freeways:

From IH-10 Westbound:
Go past SH-59. Exit San Jacinto/Main. Continue on the feeder road (Providence) past San Jacinto Street and Diverseworks! Vine Street Studios is the two-tone green warehouse on your right.

From IH-10 Eastbound:
Exit McKee/Hardy. Go straight until you are on Nance. Take Nance to Hardy Street. Turn left onto Hardy and cross over the freeway. Turn left onto the westbound feeder road (Providence) and continue past San Jacinto Street and Diverseworks! Vine Street Studios is the two-tone green warehouse on your right.

From IH-45 North or South:
Take IH-45 to IH-10 east. Take IH-10 east. Exit McKee/Hardy. Go straight until you are on Nance. Take Nance to Hardy Street. Turn left onto Hardy and cross over the freeway. Turn left onto the westbound feeder road (Providence) and continue past San Jacinto Street and Diverseworks! Vine Street Studios is the two-tone green warehouse on your right.

From SH-59 Northbound:
Travel north on SH-59 and exit IH-10 westbound. Take the first exit, which is San Jacinto/Main. Continue on the feeder road (Providence) bearing to the right (DO NOT VEER LEFT INTO DOWNTOWN) past San Jacinto Street and Diverseworks! Vine Street Studios is the two-tone green warehouse on your right.
